Schooner Healthcare Services, LLC announces the addition of key senior management leaders to head the healthcare consulting and technology company.

Senior management now includes:

- Garry Carneal, JD MA, President and CEO

- Randall Madry, Chief Operating Officer.

Madry and Carneal served as back-to-back CEOs of URAC from 1994 through 2005.
